Cancellation Policy
I do charge a 50% cancellation fee for anyone canceling 24 hours or less from their appointment. 100% no show fee applies if you do not show up at your appointment time.
Refunds : every service is non-refundable, although i would be more than happy to make minor fixes, like a polish change, at no cost to ensure your satisfaction.
10 minute grace period : if you are not at your appointment within 10 minutes i will have to reschedule your appointment
